A wonderful song of which I was sadly reminded by yesterday's passing of Levi Stubbs, lead singer of The Four Tops. I think it's about music's ability to help people cope with even the most awful events in their lives. Bragg was supposedly inspired to write it when he found a scrap of paper on a bus with the title written on it.
